Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and after racking, the wine rests for at least 9 months in medium and large sized barrels

Color: bright red with orange reflections upon aging

Fragrance: sweet violet which becomes more pronounced with ageing

Taste: dry but caressing in the mouth, soft on the palate, warm and vigorous when young. It becomes austere and velvety with age
